On June 4th, 2011, the City Council's Energy and Environment Committee and the City's Board of Water and Power Commissioners heard a presentation from the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) relative to the LADWP's Financial Plan and Revenue Requirements. The LADWP's presentation of their Financial Plan and Revenue Requirements is identified as a preliminary step to the LADWP's 2011 Rate Process. The City Council's Energy and Environment Committee would like to hear your thoughts, comments and ideas regarding the LADWP's 2011 Rate Process. This will facilitate an open and transparent process for the review of any subsequent LADWP's Rate proposal.
